Hague and/or Freequotes ("we" or "us") will provide you with access to the Sites. Access to the Sites is free although you will be responsible for your own telephone charges. Some other services provided by us may not be free. If this is the case, we will inform you before you subscribe to the other services that they are not free and make sure that the charges are clear.
In these terms the word Service refers to any of the services provided by us on the Sites.
The details provided by you on registration are important and must be complete and correct. You must inform immediately of any changes to your information by .

We will respect your personal information and comply with all applicable UK Data Protection legislation and rules currently in force.

Neither of us shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions if the delay or failure arises from any course which is beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) any act of God, or of Government or Regulatory Authority or other Internet service providers, war, terrorism or non-availability or mail functioning of a telecommunications or broadcast or other network system or service.
We are not responsible if we breach these terms because of circumstances beyond our control.
We may suspend, restrict, reduce or cancel the Service to you immediately if you breach any of these terms.
We may cancel the Service at any time by giving you not less than 30 days’ notice by e-mail or by posting the notice on the Sites.
You may cancel your registration at any time. If you cancel your registration, you may lose the right to convert your units into shares in www.themutual.net which is set out in paragraph 16 of these terms.
If this agreement is cancelled, both your and our rights and liabilities under these terms shall not change.
All the rights in the designs and information in the Sites or sent by us via email, fax, mobile phone, handheld computer or other device are owned or licensed by us. Except as permitted under paragraph 7 of these terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of the Sites without our permission
If you use our free ISP Service, you are responsible for the creation, maintenance and design of all content on any website. You must obtain all necessary licenses and consents from owners of copyrighted material you place on your website. You must also make sure that you include your email address on any website you create for receipt of enquiries or complaints regarding the website.
We own or license the rights in the software and documentation supplied by us for your use in connection with the provision of the ISP Service, including any updates or modifications ("Software Materials").
Without our permission you must not and must not allow any one else to:
If you request that a particular name or word is included within your email address, you must make sure that you have the right to use it. You must not use an email address which infringes the rights of any other person or business.
We cannot guarantee that any email address you request will be available or approved for use.

These terms may also be extended to include other conditions applicable to specific products or services offered by www.themutual.net.
If you register with us, when we confirm to you that your registration has been accepted you will qualify for free 'Units' in www.themutual.net and you may become eligible to win further ‘Units’ pursuant to ‘Unit’ prize draws operated by us from time to time. These ‘Units’ are not transferable and have no economic value or voting rights attaching to them.
The ‘Units’ will be converted into shares in www.themutual.net plc after the listing of www.themutual.net plc on the Alternative Investment Market. The conversion of the ‘Units’ will take place in the order in which members have registered with the Sites or the order in which prize ‘Units’ are awarded, normally every six months, although the directors of www.themutual.net plc may at their discretion postpone the conversion of ‘Units’ for periods of up to 12 months.

You will only qualify for shares in www.themutual.net plc if you are over 18 years old and live in the United Kingdom or are a company registered in the UK and are able under UK law, or any other applicable law, to own shares in www.themutual.net plc. Non-UK residents will not qualify for shares.
If you register more than once with www.themutual.net plc or give false information about your details on the registration form we may cancel your membership and we may not convert your ‘Units’ into shares in www.themutual.net plc or allot you such shares. Membership of the Sites is restricted to a maximum of five members per household.
Our decision on the allocation, apportionment and distribution of the shares is final.
We may change the terms upon which we offer ‘Units’ or shares in www.themutual.net plc and we reserve the right to discontinue the offer of ‘Units’ or shares in www.themutual.net plc at any time without prior written notice.
The Service is owned and operated with regard to www.themutual.net website by Hague and with regard to the Freequotes.co.uk website by Freequotes. Hague Limited, Freequotes.co.uk Limited and www.themutual.net plc are companies registered in England and Wales (under company numbers 3777109, 3758137 and 3925319 respectively) each having its registered office at 2 DUKE STREET ST JAMES'S, LONDON SW1Y 6BJ. Any communication from us to you may be sent electronically to the email address provided by you to us and shall be deemed to be received by you on transmission by us, unless we receive notice by return email within one hour of transmission to the effect that such email address no longer exists, in which case we may withdraw your allocation of ‘Units’ and cancel your membership.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will decided only by the English courts.
